Today, I have decided to embark on a 3-4 week journey of rejuvination. After a recent slew of unfortunate events, I began to reevaluate my priorities and where my concern has been laid thus far. I cocluded that I needed to be more selfish. I need some ME time, to better myself, hence the rejuvination journey. I'm cleansing myself from the inside out, physically, mentally and emotionally. Today I tackled food and organization. After intricately planning out my every move, I got almost everything done and have never felt more accomplished. I cut back on added sugars, and ate so well, I can feel myself radiating from the inside out. I hit the gym and took out my aggression at the body that I so despise in the mirror that I have never felt so strong, so bold, so powerful, all yet while feeling beautiful and basking in a shower of sweat. During this period, there is no negativity, no guilt just "try harder" and "don't give up". If I can make it through week 1 then I have gotten to the top of the moutain. 1 day down, 20 more to go!
